Christmas Eve In Walking Street,

after spending a wonderful afternoon with Mike and Riza we went down to Walking Street, Jeff parked the car at the Bali Hai pier end of Walking Street, Jeff and Da under the arch,
and us, as you can see it was more than quiet, hardly a soul around,
going towards the seafood restaurants, just 6 people on the street, and two of them are Jeff and Da! a few more people now, but considering it is Christmas Eve the street should have been heaving,
Food Fare, no customers,
the Right Spot had better luck though, 4 dinners,
the new Soho Plaza, the owners there really pushed the boat out, although it has not photographed well it looked so nice, but only a couple of people there,
the Fish Market restaurant was as equally deserted,
despite having a make over in the quite season with a new fountain and floors,
even with Santa Clause outside there were very few takers,
we then bumped into Mick and Mas,
who were having a drink in the "Don't Tell Mama" beer bar, it is at the front of what was the Simon Show, there are several beer bars there now,
if you walk past the pool tables there is a bar that overlooks the bay,
then it was off to Dang's bar on the corner of Walking Street and Soi Diamond,
Mick and Mas as always having a great time,
as was Da and Jeff,
then Steve (B2) arrived for a night on the town,
Da felt a bit peckish so some mango's were on the menu,
then Jeff very kindly bought the girls a rose each, Da,
Mas,
and Diana,
and even one for me!
the girls in Dang's bar were dressed for Christmas, then it was time to move on.
