Goodbye To Blair At Prichai,

later in the day we went to Prichai Seafood restaurant,
but first stop was to FedEx in Naglau, shame the fountain was not working this time,
the Christmas tree was up however,
we had a few more things to do in town, then it was into the truck with Eric, Mick, Mas and Diana,
freshwater prawns, we will be seeing some more of them later!
mantis shrimps and medium sized clams,
slipper or rock lobsters,
and a sort of snail,
Jeab, Joe's wife and her sister next to Blair, Joe's brother and Joe himself,
Joe and Eric,
Mick, Mas and Diana,
Mick has just been to the dentist that morning and wanted a picture of his new gold teeth,
whilst waiting for Tom and Gig to arrive we had a few starters, these are steamed green mussels,
prawns and cashew nuts,
then Tom and Gig arrived,
next was prawn doughnuts and sweet sauce,
with some Hardy's wine
some prawn and vegetable tempura,
with mixed seafood rice,
baby clams in an aniseed sauce,
with fresh oysters,
we then moved onto Matthew Lang wine,
next curried crab,
and the blue legged freshwater prawns we saw earlier are now red, and delicious!
"Hi!" from all of us,
then the fried garlic rock lobsters arrived,
Joe very kindly picked up the bill, as it was Blair's going home to America party,
the restaurant was a little bit quieter than usual, but as always the food and service was without fault, many thanks to everyone for the wine (again I went for quantity rather than quality!) and many thanks to Joe for picking up the tab, "Cheers!"
