Diana Cooks A Sunday Roast,

not a big deal for most people,
but Diana is trying so hard to learn how to cook,
all smiles as the chicken goes in the oven, I do not think Diana had ever used an oven till she came to Thailand, lemon, Rosemary and bay leaves for flavour along with potatoes, stuffing and onions,
getting the vegetables to the boil, a table set for two, ah! so romantic! many thanks to Mr. Tony for my birthday bottle of wine,
a change of view for the fish,
nearly ready,
"Cheers!" from both of us, Diana is really getting the hang of this, next week she is going to try and make a shepperd's pie,
for desert we had some of the giant lychee's we bought this morning, some were almost as big as the wine cork, they were full of flavour to,
and Diana had some lanzones, I think they were called,
our view of the fish tank from the table,
I just love these lychee's so I ate some more later whilst watching TV,
Mike and Riza called in after going to the movies for a nightcap, after they left it was time for bed, well the kitchen is still a death trap for me, but it is so nice that Diana is trying so hard to learn how to cook, I just can not wait to see what next weeks Sunday meal will be like!
