Craig And Porn Called In For A Cup Of Tea And A Chat,

so it was feet up and catch up with what is happening at BanSaray,
that is where Craig's business Country Properties are based, he also showed me the first look of his new offices,

designed by him it has office and reception areas at the front, with accommodation and pool at the rear, car parking beneath, the plans have now been approved, so the ground breaking ceremony should be soon,

then it was out on the town, Diana in one of her new dresses, and a new necklace,
first stop to the Bier Kitchen in Walking Street, this is another time were we are the only 2 customers,
a few people in the shop opposite, but very little foot traffic in the street, but then a tour group arrived,
yours truly, after a delicious chicken curry,
it is now about 8.15 and there are a few more people out and about,
we caught up with the tour again, we bumped into Tom, Grieg, Big Jim, Jay and Precil, then a night cap with Juu in Champions then home to bed!
up early the next morning, I had to drop off some dry cleaning and buy a bottle of wine for later, I had heard that a meeting of ASEAN was being held in August, but thought no more about it until driving along Third Road just as I was going past the food stalls the roadside was repainted, just as before when the last conference was held at the Royal Cliff, so I guess it may be happening again,
both sides were completed,
then I went to Walking Street, the new beer bar complex is nearly finished,
and about 5 of the bars are already stocked with glasses and drinks,
just a few finishing touches and it will be green for go! later we meet Nick and Maureen for a afternoon's fishing at the fishing park, but, I forgot to take the camera, short term memory shot to pieces! which was a shame, we caught 4 Tilipia for the weekend, but you should have seen the big one, it was huge! if only I had the camera!

  1. The new beer bar complex looking pretty snazzy in Walking Street. Someone has obviously put up a lot of money into doing out the area nicely.

Which end of Walking Street is it? Near Champions & (what was) Maureen's Bar?

Can't help but feel that more beer bars is a bit like 'coals to Newcastle' in Pattaya. The must be hundreds now.

Nick & Maureen definately had the best way, in building up the cliental and the customers will return whenever they visit Pattaya in the future. Such a shame the bar closed.

  2. Dear Anonymous, as you say some one has spent a bit of money on the new bar, if you walk out of Soi Diamond and turn right it is about 50 meters along on the left just past Sisterz, I have not a clue how many beer bars are in Pattaya but there are a lot of empty seats! sure Nick and Maureen had the right idea, I go past what was their old bar every Wednesday, most customers I have seen in it was 5, normally 0 - 2, the music is so loud in there now so it is no longer a place you can have a sit and chat, as you say a shame they were forced out, best regards, Stan and Diana.
