the fine is now per person for who lives in the house! if you think I am joking ask Chris Kozlik, whose student daughter and three housemates had to stump up £440! in this case her daughter did not bring the bin in when she should have done, ah well better go and do a bit of shoplifting to get the money back - you only get fined £80 if you are caught doing that!
