Off Fishing With Nick And Maureen,

the fishing park is on Soi Nub Plan Wan, (spelt as it sounds), head along the Soi, over the railway line, down the hill just as the road levels out it is on the left, we always sit in the same place if possible, as next to the sun shade there is a fresh water tap, so it is easy to have a quick wash before the food arrives,
let battle commence! fishing was a bit slow, as was the service so I walked back to the restaurant to order some drinks and ice,
as we are normally the only people here it was a surprise when 2 families started fishing opposite, then a couple of UK lads set up in the next table to us, by now Nick had taken the lead with 2 keepers, but in what can only be described as a lucky streak I landed 3 at the end of play, a great if hot day out,
the front of the restaurant at the fishing park,
we then went back to Nick and Maureen’s for our evening meal, Ta-Taa was glad to be out of the sun,
Maureen had prepared baked salmon and vegetables, delicious, then a special treat, cheese and biscuits with celery, we chatted all evening long, in no time it was 2 in the morning, so off to bed, hopefully out in Mick and Mass's boat tomorrow.
