We Had A Quiet Day,

we just watched some television, then looking through some DVDs in the afternoon I found this one we had not seen before, The Battle Of Trafalgar - Nelson's Victory, a really informative DVD, one well worth watching again, some history DVD's or programs I have seen have been as dry as a bone but this one was excellent,
then in the evening it was time to put our glad rags on, Diana with her new skirt, but in fact they were trousers,
and new necklace and earrings,
Mick and Mass were treating us to a meal at Cherry's, it is an International buffet on Wednesday nights, so we all had some starters,
Mass and Diana striking the pose,
another foray to the selection of food, these are the main courses,
just past the starters Mick is at the salad bar,
the selection was excellent,
so good in fact I had a second helping of them!
the girls had a huge plateful of starters as well, this is Diana's with large mussells,
then on to the main course, there were so many meats cooked in different sauces that I had to try one of each,
after that we moved onto desserts,
nice though they looked I could not eat another thing, even the caramelise crème brûlée could not tempt me, many thanks to Mick and Mass for treating us to such a lovely meal, we had not been to Cherry's for some time, but after this feast we will be back! then home to 388, where it was feet up and a few more episodes of One Foot In The Grave, then off to bed.
