I Played A Bit With Our Stamps,

Diana carried on with her new game,

also in the afternoon we watched some more of Michael Palin, we enjoyed the series so much, then all too soon it was time for the Friday night market, a bit of cloud and a strong wind, but luckily no rain for this evening,

one of the stalls that were selling plants had these strange animals at the front of it,

they looked like they had been coated with flock as in flock wall paper,

then I caught up with Diana,

a quick pose before she goes shopping,

and off she goes! there was a stall selling condos and one selling clothes opposite the bar this evening,

 more fresh strawberries,

a bit of cloud as the sun sets,

by now it was dark, so lights on,

Diana returned with lots of shopping, she had walked to the Outlet Mall and had bought a few things there, including a new shirt for me to wear at Christmas, plus lots of fruit,

and some chicken, well hungry work shopping!

then who should call in? none other than Bob who we had not seen for ages,

so naturally we had to have a beer and catch up on what has happened to us both,

then time to head home but before we did we always hear a bird as we leave, if you look on the right by the green pole you can see it,

and here he is, I am not sure if his wings are clipped, but he is here every week and does not seem to fly away, I guess the bag of food helps keep him here,

after our evening meal we had a telephone call, Steve was in town, so off I went to Walking Street to meet up with him,

past all of the new signs,

 and bars,

to meet up and have a few drinks in Champions, we are going to see him in the next few days,

then home, but under strict instructions, I had to stop off first, at the pancake stall,

for a mango pancake for Diana,

 hot oil,

make the dough into a ball, then flatten it,

throw it to make it circular,

 into the pan,

 add mango's,

 and fold,

 cook until done,

then add condensed milk and sugar, next home to Diana, feet up and watch a DVD or two,

I should have mentioned in the afternoon we watched a documentary about Crazy Horse, he is evidently the only famous Indian that there is not a photograph of, also there is no record of his signature, he never signed a document, but he lead a more than interesting life till he was stabbed to death by one of his own tribe,

we also watched some more of Michael Palin, not only in the afternoon but in the evening as well, then for us off to bed.
