there are graphic images in this post, the result of a motorcycle accident,
the good news was that he was wearing a crash helmet, all he remembers is he was on the back of the bike then woke up laying on the road, I did not post this on the blog before as his wife was in her village and we thought it best to wait for return today in person rather than tell her on the phone or see it in a post, other than the crash helmet his shoulder took most of the damage,
as Diana would say when there is bloodshed on the television, 'that's going to smart in the morning!' the good news is that Steve has made a full recovery, unlike the crash helmet he was wearing, the plastic covering was ripped to shreds, the helmet scratched and dented, with out it the results would have been far more serious, but the lesson to be learned here is a simple one, do not ride a bike without a crash helmet!
Stan its time for Steve to get a complete physical. This can't be food poisoning.

Dear Mike, Steve has said many thanks for your concern, as it happens Steve and Kai are having a full top to toe check whilst they are here, the amazing thing is that when we looked up food poisoning I had always thought it took from 3-4 hours up to 24 hours for symptoms to appear, but I was wrong, it can be as little as 30 minutes or take as long two weeks! but neither the less a visit to one of the hospitals out here for both of them is scheduled in, best regards Stan and Diana.
