What Have Ostriches, Penguins, Emus And Rheas All Have In Common?

none of them can fly,

at least that was what I thought until we watched the BBC's Frozen Planet, it appears that a new group (specie) of penguins have actually learned how to master the art of flying, I was totally amazed,

they start by walking and then running if you can call it that downhill whilst flapping their much larger than normal wings, till they eventually become air borne, it is a sight to see, look here at a part of the BBC's film clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dfWzp7rYR4 or here http://youtu.be/9dfWzp7rYR4 to see how they fly, the marvels of nature with new discoveries taking place almost every week.
