A Car Too Fast To Drive,

on public roads,

was donated by Ferrari in a charity auction to raise money for victims of the Italian earthquake in May, the region of Emilia-Romagna has been rocked by two devastating back to back earthquakes leaving major infrastructure damage and 16 dead,

the supercar firm decided to help fellow countrymen by organising this auction, the star of which was the car, the special edition Ferrari 599 XX Evo, it features a V12 engine which develops 740bhp, ultra-rich owners tend to leave cars like this to be looked after by Ferrari and brought out three-times a year for special manufacturer days, Google executive Benjamin Sloss pictured alongside wife Christine eventually won the auction with a winning bid of £1.1 million ($1.4 million), what a great gesture from Ferrari.
