It Is Sunday Already,

where do the weeks go?

so this week we are off to the Punch & Judy,

then a pleasant surprise, Steve called in for a quick lunch, he had been the walking wounded for some time on crutches due to a badly sprained ankle, but has made good progress,

we of course took our time, starting with liver pate,

Diana and myself shared one between us,

normally followed by a Sunday roast, but this weekend for a change I went with the steak and stout pie and chips,

Diana also fancied a change, so she went with the chicken and ham pie,

whilst Mr. Tony decided on the shepherds pie,

'Cheers!',

for dessert apple crumble for Mr. Tony,

but we were full so we shared a latte coffee,

I have often said when describing the position of the Punch & Judy which if you are coming from Theprisitt is on Soi 8, it is almost opposite the Eden Hotel, well this is the view as you leave the Punch & Judy looking to wards Theprisitt Road, the Eden Hotel on the left,

a strange place to drop off tourists though, it is just waste ground on the right, if they were going to the Eden the coach would have pulled into the hotel grounds,

after a delicious meal it was back feet up to watch some television, Mr. Tony had kindly brought over The Gold Rush, which had a voice over by Charles Spencer Chaplin himself, both Diana and myself had not seen it in full so that was a treat,

so the scene was set, as Mr. Tony had not seen The General staring Buster Keaton we watched that next,

although we had watched it previously we decided to watch Great Balls of Fire! again, this was what I wrote when we watched it previously,

I had treated us to the complete Star wars box set, so after we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony we settled down to watch the first out of the box, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, it looked so much better in BluRay than the version we had watched a part of on satellite television, so we will watch the other episodes over the next few weeks, then for us it was late so we were off to bed.
