We Had A Quiet Day,

just a bit of shopping at the local Tesco,

then it was time to head out to the weekend night market on Theprisitt Road, a few clouds looking to wards the sea,

and a few inland,

opposite the bar this evening a secondhand clothes stall and one selling new items,

the bug stall with insects from the land and Crustaceans from the sea, all Arthropods, it has always struck me as strange when people who would not normally eat bugs from the land tuck into the same family that lives in the sea but are called Crustaceans, crabs, lobsters, prawns and shrimps, but here they both are on the same stall,

it was early so not many people about,

the mobile vendors are still out and about, later in the evenings the aisles are blocked to them as they some times cause bottle necks in them,

a family thinks about a new pet,

sunset looking to wards Jomtien,

no one sitting at the bar this evening,

but I was joined by Brian, along with Nan and his wife Sa,

'Cheers!' from us,

Diana decided to walk to Lotus as she wanted to buy a some oranges, but whilst she was there she also bought some wheel cleaner for the truck,

as far as the truck is concerned I have always been a believer in one of Quentin Crisp's famous quotes, but in my case about the truck, “There is no need to do any housework at all, after the first four years the dirt doesn't get any worse.”

but after the dust started to make minor landslides down the roof I washed it today, so Diana just had to clean the wheels with a tyre cleaning spray, which I have to say worked remarkably well,

the satellite television was very good this evening with lots of shows we had not seen before, but then we decided on a 3D BluRay film, a documentary, Cave of Forgotten Dreams, the film maker goes into caves looking at artwork created by our ancient ancestors around 32,000 years ago, unfortunately the cameras were not professional ones that we would have expected but the images were still stunning, especially in 3D,

then a few more from Dad's Army then for us we were off to bed.
