The Day Just Sort Of Slipped Past,

we watched some television,

then it was time for our bar-b-q, as usual I managed to create lots of smoke,

also for some reason the wind kept changing direction, so both of our neighbours knew we were having a bar-b-q,

for tonight we had garlic bread, prawn kebabs, potatoes and onions in foil, a trout and some spam, Diana wanted to make a spam burger, so we also had some sliced onion, cucumber and tomatoes plus a few cheeses slices,

after my lesson yet again in how not to light a bar-b-q Diana took over,

potatoes and onion in foil on first, followed by the prawn kebabs,

plus a couple of pieces of garlic bread and we were good to go,

after a break on went the trout,

with a couple of slices of spam,

trout cooked it was time to skin and debone it,

meanwhile Diana had prepared her spam burger,

 easy does it,

 flip it over,

 find the backbone,

 lift the back bone,

 and tra-la!

a deboned trout, just add potatoes and onions then tuck in, as you might expect it was delicious,

then later in the evening a nice surprise, Mike and Riza called in, we had not seen them for some time so we had a lot of catching up to do, after saying our farewells we watched some satellite television, then for us we were off to bed.
