rather like in some pubs where if you order a Guinness a shamrock will be drawn in the foam, well barista Mike Breach began experimenting with small coffee and milk foam portraits where he works in a hotel kitchen, he says the drawings in and of themselves are 'kind of a joke' but he’s more concerned about the brief connection he’s able to make with an individual and how it impacts their day, what a nice touch to a coffee, but what a shame it is gone in a sip!
