We Were Off To The Soi Bukaow Market Today,

also we wanted to do some shopping in the Friendship supermarket,

so that is where we parked,

the motorbike Park was filled to capacity,

whilst there I noticed this motorcycle, it is a regular feature around Pattaya packed full of almost every accessory you could imagine,

including vases with flowers,

and somewhere for the cat to sleep,

the large container at the rear of the bike contains a boombox for music on the move,

and of course for the drivers comfort you must have a fitted fan for when you're at the traffic lights and at a complete stop,

next stop Soi Bukaow market,

in the distance a balloon was floating,

it was of course the Ripley's Believe It or Not! tethered balloon, looking at it at this time in the morning there were no customers in the gondolier,

then into the market proper,

I made my way through to the far end of the market where the fish stall and pet stalls are situated,

then into the flower section,

lots here to choose from,

with a few stalls pitching up outside shops that were not open,

this is the view looking from the far end of the plant stalls towards Second Road with the cafés that we sitting to have a coffee on the left-hand side,

I then made my way back to the Friendship supermarket to meet with Diana, but I had to stop and have a look at the dresses in this shop,

this looked so exciting, vibrant and colourful but I think just a little bit over the top for Diana when we go out for our Sunday lunch,

I walked pass the entrance to the market that is just opposite the Friendship supermarket,

in the afternoon Mark called round to say goodbye as he is was returning to Cambodia for a few months, Phil also called round for a coffee and a chat, then we were off to the weekend night-time market on Thepprasit Road,

just a hint of thin cloud, the past few days have been almost unbearably hot,

a new sign at the entrance to the food and clothes section by the side of the bar,

two stalls opposite the bar tonight,

 one selling second-hand clothes,

the other a booth for the Pattaya Metropol,

the slushy store this week featuring fresh water melons,

 but in the aisle opposite,

there is still a full selection to choose from,

the food aisles not very crowded this week,

with hardly a customer in the pet section,

I made my way back to the bar the setting sun has been shielded by the condominium blocks,

passed one of the mobile fruit sellers stalls,

just one customer at the bar this evening,

later we were joined by Brian whose cousin Nan and wife Sa then called in to say hello,

 Mr. Tony also arrived,

then whilst we were having a drink the girls all caught up with each other and went shopping,

then home for bangers and mash with onion gravy,

after we said our goodbyes to Mr Tony we watched Mrs Brown's Boys, we both thought it was not as funny as the first two series but hopefully it will get better as we watch this box set, then for us as it was getting late we were off to bed.
