We Had A Quiet Day,

just watching a film or two,

but soon it was the late afternoon, so off to the weekend night market in Thepprasit Road, lots of cloud looking towards Jomtien, it is a strange thing for a couple of months now we do not seem to have had a clear sky at night, I mention it as I have been waiting to take a few more pictures with my telescope,

the same looking inland, lots of cloud,

a couple of cars for sale opposite the bar this evening,

I thought we were late as the food aisles seemed a bit crowded,

it was not only us that were late, so was the provisions truck,

just a few people in the food aisle,

sunset, if you can call it that over the market,

tonight we were joined by Brian and Mr. Tony, we chatted the evening away,

more cloud looking inland as it became dark,

after saying our goodbyes to Brian we made our way home, Diana had cooked a delicious beef stew for us,

which was followed by three different flavoured tubs of ice cream from Swensen's that Mr. Tony had bought, what a great way to round off a meal,

in the afternoon we watched Excalibur, I am sure we all know the story of King Arthur, this film centres around that story and the sword, great scenes, the good news is that despite being made over 30 years ago it has stood the test of time, if you have not seen it and have a couple of hours to spare give it a try, we both loved it,

after our return from the market and having finished our meal we watched another DVD from that excellent series Around the Worlds in 80 Gardens, we watched two 1 hour programs, first Northern Europe, followed by South East Asia: Bangkok, Singapore and Bali, both of which were beautifully filmed, then as it was by now getting late we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony and for us we were off to bed.
