A Couple Of Days Ago,

a few drops of water started leaking from one of the air conditioning units,

 so first thing the engineers called round and gave the unit a complete service, 300 baht later and all was well,

 in the afternoon a call into Friendship for a few bits and pieces,

 then in the evening our bar-b-q,

the strange thing is that normally when I light it more smoke is made than a WW2 destroy given the command, 'make smoke' today I thought it would be even worse as all of the paper and wood that we keep outside was damp and wet due to the rainstorm the day before, but everything caught with barely a touch of smoke, perhaps I should went the paper, wood and charcoal in future?

 we still have not been able to find a candle holder with a glass funnel to stop the flame being blown out, so we resorted to our battery light, not as romantic but still quiet nice,

 by now the charcoal was glowing nicely,

 so after some garlic bread a couple of prawn kebabs sprinkled with lemon and served with slices of fresh mango,

 Diana chose pork kebabs,

 that she had marinaded, I tried one they were so tasty and tender,

whilst for myself I went with chicken that had the juice of small green bitter oranges sprinkled on it with a baked potato, after our meal we went inside to watch some from Columbo followed by a few from Cheers, then for us we were off to bed.
