It May Be A Bit Early,

to think about going to the beach,

to build sandcastles, but when the weather finally warms up here are a few ideas to make your sandcastle stand out from the crowd,

they are the work of New York based sandcastle artist Calvin Seibert,

he has just returned from a 10-day trip to Hawaii where he completed a number of his abstract, geometric sandcastles, for the past 30 years Seibert has worked as a sculptor’s assistant and puts some of his acquired skills in construction and basic carpentry to use while executing these perfect, angular sand structures,

if you think you have seen something similar on our blog before you have, we featured his work back in November 2012, so dust off your buckets and spades and get ready for the summer sandcastle building fest!
