who is having his house renovated,
one of the attractions of his house is that it overlooks a man made lake,
that is teeming with fish,
all you need to see them,
are a few slices of bread,
using the size of the piece of bread as a scale,
you can see some of them are quiet large, I should mention fishing is banned here, well it would just be way too easy!
a tilapia makes it's way over a submerged concrete shelf for a bite to eat,
we noticed a couple of terrapins,
taking some time to dry out,
we were on a platform like this one opposite,
where many of the home owners here come to feed the fish,
and if they are lucky with bits of fish food dropped, the pigeons,
when the food hits the water it almost boils with fish,
during the day Mr. Tony and Alex called by for a chat, after saying our goodbyes to them it was time for the Saturday night bar-b-q,
naturally lots of smoke,
even with the fan blowing it was difficult to make the fire catch as the wind was so strong,
but eventually it caught,
and we were in business,
for starters Diana had prepared a sweetcorn and chicken soup, which we followed with garlic bread,
for her main course Diana had filleted one of the fish we had caught on Thursday and cooked it blacken Cajun style with a cucumber like vegetable and rice,
whilst I had a huge pork chop,
