Another Day That We Have An Early Start,

so again straight on with today's post,

  the reason we were up early is that it is our 90 day immigration check in and here is the immigration office on Jomtien Soi 5,

outside looking towards the beach,

and looking towards the new road, we were in and out in no time at all, in fact there was nobody in front of us queueing at all,

 so paperwork complected it was off for breakfast at the Surf Kitchen on Jomtien Beach Road,

 again everything was quiet here, the view along Jomtien Beach Road looking towards Pattaya,

 directly across from the restaurant,

 and looking towards Sattahip,

 breakfast is served, an ice chocolate for Diana and a ice coffee for myself,

pad Thai for Diana and a tuna salad for myself,

 it was very pleasant sitting here under the shade of the trees,

 with lots of orchids on display at the front of the restaurant,

 next stop the market almost opposite the top end of Soi 5,

 unlike Soi Bukaow this is a permanent market under cover,

 with many mobile food stalls in the car park,

 and a few in-between,

 a bit of a painful job this one can be,

 cutting and removing the fruit from durians,

 we were running low on fresh fruit,

 and this is the place to buy some,

 vegetables as well,

 most of which I have seen before and do not know the names of,

 the flower stall,

 with some lotus,

 these are temple offerings,

 because of all of the fruit we bought all of the way home I was singing to myself, 'I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts',

 then realised they were bananas,

back home we dropped off the printer and called back in a couple of hours, I have to say of all of the things I have bought brand new in my life, printers are the one constant, they always seem to go wrong just when I want to use them, we must have been back to the shop 6 times or more with this one even though it is barely 18 months old, but in an hour it was fixed, then back home for the afternoon,


after our evening meal it was feet up for a couple from The Chase and three from Bones, then for us we were off to bed.
