I Wanted To Have Some Encapsulating Done,

so off to the Kodak Shop,

that is opposite the Friendship supermarket,

looking behind me I could see that the building next to Friendship now has a sign at the front of it,

at the bottom of the sign reads www.theOASISpattaya.com which seems to be the building company,

inside the Kodak shop the aquarium looked as good as ever,

especially the Blue or Regal tang, (Paracanthurus hepatus),

the electric blue damselfish, (Chrysiptera cyanea),

and the jewelled cardinal fish(Pterapogon kauderni), all doing swimmingly well,

meanwhile Diana had popped over to the new Marks and Sparks store that has just opened up at the Central Festival and bought a couple of things, firstly a chocolate advent calendar and secondly some extremely chocolatey chocolate biscuits,

in the evening it was glad rags on,

as we were out to Cherry's,

for their International buffet which is on every Wednesday and Saturday,

at 399 baht a great deal,

 complete with carvery,

 and about 18,

 main courses to chose from,

but before that a trip to the salad bar,

 and starters,

 so many to chose from,

we had reserved a table, the restaurant was full even though it is the quiet time of year, Diana looking as lovely as ever,

so on to our first course,

 a selection of starters,

 for both of us,

just my luck, the salmon had run out when I got to it,

but by the time I return for a second round of starters a new plate had appeared,

 along with more prawns,

and other starters to tempt us,

so many things to chose from,

then on to our main courses,

spare ribs, baked salmon and chicken for Diana,

baked salmon with sliced potatoes, chicken, beef and pork in a white sauce with mashed potatoes for myself,

 'Cheers!',

 from both of us,

then the desserts were calling,

I settled for ice cream and a taste of Diana's tiramisu,

that she had with a slice of apple and current pie with orange sorbet,

I rounded the meal off with a latte coffee,

which was delicious, Cherry's restaurant is opposite what was once the X-Cite disco on Third Road, we will be back! we caught a yellow and blue taxi home, then it was feet up, a nightcap whilst watching another episode of A Touch of Frost then off to bed.

  1. So there is a new M&S store at Central Festival? Could be handy for those home comforts.
