We Had A Quiet Day Today,

having said that we had a few telephone calls from the UK,

also Alex called round for a soda and a chat in the afternoon, but then we were off to the weekend night market on the Thepprasit Road,

before we arrived at the market we were greeted with the smell of sweetcorn,

then on to the market, looking towards Jomtien.

and inland,

a new ramp had appeared at the top of the steps,

opposite the bar this evening a stall selling something for 59 baht or so, and a suitcase stall,

having a look at that I made my way along the stalls as usual, lots of large sized lychee's in the first food stall, delicious!

but the other food aisles were quiet,

also there has been lots of work completed in the food aisles,

but back to the second food aisle,

and on to the third,

a chicken stall, that was new for this week,

there seemed to be lots of work taking place which meant many stalls were not occupied,

a few customers in the pet section,

lots of spaces for would be entrepreneurs,

sunset over the market,

at the far end of the market a few new beer bars have opened up,

knitted hats any one?

to night at the bar we were greeted by Bill,

as the balloon seller walked past,

tonight we were also joined by Sa, Nicky and family,

Brian and Nicky,

well I had to get in the picture as well!

after saying our goodbyes, we were home for an Indian meal,

lots of chicken dishes,

and of course a Magnum to finish off the meal, then inside, feet up, a couple of nightcaps and we were off to bed.
