Some Time Age,

we posted a piece about small houses,

keeping to that theme in Japan where space is at a premium, YUUA Architects & Associates designed this house in Toshima-ku, Tokyo,

this building is just six feet wide (1.8 meters) with 860 square feet of living space,

it measures four stories high, with living quarters and the dining room located in the rear of the building for maximum privacy, the first floor features a designated study area and bedroom and below, there is a sunken basement for storage, think of the savings on buying land for a house like this almost anywhere, not to mention not having to buy lots of furniture!
