Dodging The Rain Showers.

we popped out to buy a few things locally,

 it seems strange raining at this time of the year, I seemed to think that December, January and February were dry months, memory playing tricks I suppose, still it saves me watering the plants, on to the evening, keeping to soda as I am still on antibiotics we had some garlic bread for starters,

followed by mussels with garlic,

 I then went through the usual fire lighting routine, smoke,

 sparks,

 flames,

and glowing charcoal,

 during the day we had bought some fresh sesame seed rolls to go with the hamburgers Diana had made,

 so on they went,

 then for Diana a slice of cheese, for myself fried onions, delicious!

to round off the meal strawberries and cream, for the rest of the evening we listen to amongst others Lindsey Adams Buckingham, two favourites of ours from the 1983 film National Lampoon's Vacation,

 namely Dancing Across the US,

 and Holiday Road, Lindsey is best known as a member of Fleetwood Mac,

for the last part of our evening we watched the last part of Mr. Selfridge, a tour de force by all concerned, please bring on the fourth series, with that as it was late we were off to bed.
