With Christmas Over,

now is the time to start thinking of the next one,

that is if you want to be a professional Father Christmas for next year, it is not just a case of saying Ho-Ho-Ho! there is a learning curve to be mastered which is why future Santa's must start thinking about enrolling in Santa school now, the school in question offers a four-day training program that takes place every summer at ‘Noerr Pole’, the corporate office of Noerr Programs in Colorado, but becoming a Santa is not a done deal just by applying, each candidate is put through an intense background check and several rounds of interviews, assuming you pass muster you will become a part of the company that supplies more than 430 well-trained Santa Claus actors to more than 287 malls, shopping centres and charitable nonprofit events all over the U.S., including Puerto Rico, as for wages, well, the exact figure isn't clear, but they certainly aren't allowed to work for free, it varies widely', Ruth Rosenquist  public relations director at Noerr said, 'it’s all predicated on how much experience they have, the market they’re going into, how long they've been with us, things like that', I guess you also get paid extra for reindeer handling and abseiling down chimneys!
