It Is So Hot Out Here,

so lets look at some ice and try to cool down,


 but not any old ice, this is really old glacial ice, or blue ice as it is known,

 photographer Julieanne Kost spent several days slowly passing by and cruising around icebergs at Black Head, Cuverville Island, and Pleneau Bay, all in Antarctica,

 but unlike many travellers who are on huge cruise ships,

she went exploring at water level in a Zodiac boat, and took these stunning pictures, for more of her work, have a look here.
