As soon as the issue was brought to our attention it was immediately rectified, the paperwork had been cancelled earlier today. We have issued a written apology to the gentleman. We apologise for any distress caused.” cases like this make me wonder how many motorists have been given speeding tickets in error and had to fight to rectify the mistake of the issuing organisation.
