Residents Are Terrified,

children are said to be in danger,

and pets could be killed as a giant big cat roams the area in Great Alne, Warwickshire, Philip White, 39, claims to have spotted the animal in the field that backs onto his home, last Saturday, he was able to film a few seconds of footage from his patio window and he claimed the animal was about 70 to 80 feet away from him, voicing the concern of worried parents and pet owners he commented, "I am worried for the children because they are more vulnerable. There are lots of families. There is actually a children’s playground nearby so the thought of that is quite concerning, it's a big cat in my mind, there's no doubt about it. It looks like a wild cat you normally see in the zoo or a safari park. Either it's escaped from a private collection or just living in the wild but it was pretty scary to see", this was the second sighting, an animal, described as a large feline creature with leopard makings, was also spotted in Great Alne at 8.20am a few weeks earlier, the creature, which is thought to be larger than a fox, was reported by a resident to Alcester Police South Safer Neighbourhood Team, a further resident, Colin Wilks, aged 60, of Alcester, said he may have heard the creature growl whilst walking his dogs, any guesses as to what the giant big cat is? an escaped leopard perhaps or as the original article in the prestigious Daily Telegraph reported 3 days ago a lynx? near but not quite, it is a families pet cat who with another lives a few hundred yards away from the filed he was filmed in, say hello to Hiro, he is a Bengal, just like the two of ours, Cable and Hogue, great story, and the good news is that the people of Great Alne can now breathe a collected sigh of relief.
