but in this case it is art in the eye of the wearer, the Rijksmuseum in
Amsterdam, announced 75 top designs for the International Design competition
for the Rijksstudio Award 2017, the idea of Francine LeClercq and Ali Soltani
was the most unusual of them all, they designed the contact lens, The Delft Blue
Eyes from a pattern from plaques, which were part of the wall decoration of XVII
century in the Water Gallery at Hampton Court Palace, so I guess you could have your favourite masterpiece made into contact lenses too.
