really are way too good to eat,
candy
artisan Shinri Tezuka crafts some of the most unusual lollipops
you’re ever likely to eat,
based
out of a Tokyo candy shop called Ameshin,
translucent
candy seems to have more in common with glass making than confectionery,
and
perhaps it’s no surprise that the process of working with hot sugar even shares
similar tools, a traditional Japanese craft called amezaiku,
the candies are not just limited to fish,
other animals can also be made,
and some pieces are way too big to be on a stick!
what an amazing craft,
and for a better look at the craftsman, here is a video of one of them at work from Doga TV, as I said before these works of art are too good to eat!
