Maintenance Day Again,

where did the week go?

so 40% of the water in the aquarium out,

and replaced, as I was doing this Diana was cleaning the cats pool,

then off to do some shopping, firstly to KPK, for some Cumberland sausages,

then to Foodland for some beef for our Sunday roast, having tried a few other shops for beef we have found the beef here to be the best,

we then popped over the road to what was once a plant and flower stall,

but has now become a coffee shop,

that sells plants and flowers as well,

and has lots of mini gardens,

 for smaller homes,

having said it has become a coffee shop,

there are still lots of plants on offer,

 as well as decorations,

 like these shell craft puppies,

going to the back of the store there is an outside area for bigger plants,

 wandering back inside,

 there are so many orchids,

 to look at,

 and take pictures of,

 some in baskets,

what a perfect gift one of these would make,

whilst I had been bimberling around, Diana had ordered an ice tea,

and an ice coffee for myself,

we sat outdoors and had a fan blowing in our direction, but there is an inside seating area as well,

whilst having our coffee I noticed that they also sell water features,

 like these two,

in the evening it was our usual Saturday evening bar-b-q, starting with garlic bread,

by now the outside kittens have cottoned on to what happens on a Saturday,

they started to form a pack,

meanwhile Diana had made herself some cheese crispy rolls,

 for myself, garlic mussels,

'Cheers!',

another one of the pack arrived,

 cats eyes!

 lite up the barby,

and in no time we were ready to go,

 then the pack started stalking,

they were moving in for the kill!

they are all totally wild, but when food is in the offing they become a little more bold and less wary,

this was our feast for the evening, last week we had a few sausages left over, so sausage rolls with lots of onions for tonight,

the white cat is especially fond of Diana, well she feeds them!

4 different sausages and not a Cumberland in sight,

a bratwurst with onions in a freshly baked roll,

 delicious!

and we still had lots more to go,

for dessert, a cream filled pastry,

during the meal Diana gave the kittens small scraps of sausages, and when full there is only one thing for a cat to do, have a catnap! as the midnight hour approached we were then off to bed.
