Ugly,

was the first word to spring to mind,

 when I saw this concrete box,

 hung over the entrance of this rather nice period building, the building is the home of social services organisation OCMW Halle, the local architecture studio restored and redesigned the former orphanage, which was built in 1901,

well it must be me, because I think the concrete box over what was a grand entrance, is for me, just plain ugly, but there it is, I am just glad I did not have to pay for it!
