at least in the area I grew up in,
we did not have high school bands, but I guess in the USA they were more common, but what happens to the skills you learnt whilst in the school band that are no longer needed? well if you are officer Pennington of the Sacramento Police Department when
the Kings' drum line approached, and suddenly a flashback caused his extendable truncheon to become a baton, the memories of all of that time he spent practising came flooding back!
