and we were out,
for Sunday lunch,
we chose The
George restaurant and bar, we
have eaten there many times before, it is in Chaiyaphruek 2 Rd, if you are
going away from Pattaya heading towards Sattahip on the Sukhumvit Road when you
arrive at the Chaiyaphruek traffic lights turn right and the restaurant/pub is
about 100 yards along the road on the left hand side,
parked outside was this beauty, a touring Ducati Testastretta 11°, and if you are wondering what the 11° means, have a look here,
new since our last visit, a fruit juice bar,
we made our way past the well stocked bar,
we were here for the 395 baht Sunday roast,
with all of the trimmings,
on to our starters, pate for Mr. Tony and Diana,
Caesar salad for myself,
after a break,
our main courses,
'Cheers!',
from,
all of us,
we finished with desserts,
and nice they were too,
and as a special treat, I decided on a Jamaican coffee,
then it was home and feet up for four episodes of One Foot in the Grave, which we all enjoyed, after saying farewell to Mr. Tony,
and remembering the number of times we have mentioned Simon and Garfunkel over the past couple of weeks, what better way to round off the evening than watch The Graduate, which we both enjoyed and with that we were off to bed.
