I Do Like Different Looking Buildings,

to the usual square or oblong blocks,

so this new building by the London based company Zaha Hadid Architects,

is a hotel that has just opened in Macao,

caught my eye, and you can see why,

you can see right through it! which seems to make sense as more natural light is seen in the building,

the $1.1-billion 'Morpheus' resort, a 42-storey addition to Macao's glitzy skyline named after the Greek god of dreams and developed by Melco International, is just as different in the inside, semi-autonomous Macao is the only place in China where gambling is legal, and amazingly brings in revenue that easily dwarfs Las Vegas,

extravagant duplex villas with their own in-room gym and massage quarters are located on the top floors of Morpheus for VIPs, along with a gaming area exclusively for these residents,

there is also a rooftop pool, while two restaurants by Alain Ducasse, one of the chefs awarded the most Michelin stars, are part of efforts to court luxury-seeking crowds, would I like to go there? well I am not a gambler in the true sense of the word, but a little flutter and a nice meal afterwards sounds good to me, so please send tickets and a little flutter money to the above blogspot!
