It Was A Nice Sunny Day,

and we were out,

 a quick pose,

 then 10 baht later we were getting off of the baht bus in Second Road, for our Sunday lunch, then decision time, cross the road for the Robin Hood, or walk towards the sea to go to The Sportsman?

 a walk towards the sea it was then,

 towards The Sportsman in Soi 13,

 for their 450 baht 2 course lunch, soup for today, leek and potato or chicken,

 there was a selection of condiments,

 vegetables, 

and a selection of meats,

 and a steak and kidney pie,

 but first our soup,

 then a break as we played Trivial Pursuits,

there were a number of cards on each table,

 next our main course,  

 'Cheers!',

 Diana likes lots of gravy, 

 but for myself I do not, my selection, a slice each of lamb, boiled ham, gammon ham, pork, plus a sausage and chicken leg, wow! I struggled to finish it, the price of 450 baht does not include a dessert, the last time we were here we ordered one which was delicious, but today we were so full, 

 and the meal was 100% OK!

 we walked down to the beach,

 and along to Walking Street, Soi 13 as seen looking back along Beach Road,

 we were so full even the lure of McDonald's could not pull Diana in,

 one of the many speed boats waiting for customers, 

 Bali Hai pier in the distance,

 and here we were at the entrance to Walking Street,

 looking very deserted in the daytime,

 we made our way towards Second Road,

 to the baht bus rank outside of the school,

where 10 baht later we were home, then feet up for the evenings new programs on the Crime and Investigation channel, a few nightcaps and we were off to bed.
