actually still is reading the newspapers, but how bad was it back in Medieval times? Manuel Eisner from the Institute of Criminology at the University of Cambridge has recently developed an interactive map that details the different homicides that occurred in the bustling areas of medieval London, check out the map on the Violence Research Center page at the University of Cambridge site, and you can read more of Nicola Davis' article in The Guardian, some of the murders are particularly gruesome, so no change there then! image credit: Manuel Eisner/University of Cambridge.
