The Day Started,

with a fleet of helicopters,

 flying past again,

a single rotor at the front,

followed by 3 or 4 twin rotor Chinooks

 all in formation,

with another single rotor bring up the rear, a commercial aircraft passing overhead,

the peonies have now started opening, and dieing, not a great choice for lasting more than a few days, so we will avoid them in the future,

next off to Bromley, any of my friends that have my mobile number know it is totally unreliable, and call on our landline, yet again I contacted EE, the service provider, to see what was wrong with their service, they asked me to go to the EE shop in the Glades,

where we did exactly the same thing as we did a couple of months ago at home, swap sim cards and telephones to make sure it was not a problem a with them, tests completed we were asked to go home where they would contact me,

so home we went, well of course they could not contact me as that was the original problem! so biting on the bullet they called on our BT landline and finally admitted their service was nonexistent! they with immediate effect agreed to cancel our 1 year contract and gave us a 'pack' number to give to our new provider, this means that I can keep my original number, not that any of friends still use it, but at last I can use it when we indoors rather than use the landline, but what a state EE must be in, as the crow flies Beckenham is only 8.2 miles from the center of London, I used Trafalgar Square as the center, so note to anyone thinking of using EE, their service is so bad that they even admit it themselves! so tomorrow off to find another provider,

for our evening meal, a glass or two of sherry,

and our starter of lamb kebabs,

 next course,

steak, mushrooms, vegetables and coleslaw, and courtesy of Steve and his mother a nice bottle of The Murray Fishing Club chardonnay from Australia,

our Regal tang, (Paracanthurus hepatus), was out and about,

so Diana took a couple of photographs of it,

and to round off the meal,

strawberries, meringue and cream, we listen to music for the early part of the evening, then one from Game of Thrones and we were off to bed.
