the world of erasers has had a major breakthrough, Osaka-based stationery company Seed, who has been making erasers since the 1950s, has developed a translucent eraser,

Seed says they came up with the concept of a clear eraser 5 years ago, but it took years of testing before they arrived at the exact formula that would produce a translucent yet functional eraser that would not crumble,

the official name of the eraser is the Clear Radar, and you can look for them in stationery stores across Japan. so now allegedly for the first time you can see what you are erasing, I say allegedly, as I feel sure I had seen a similar product many years ago at college, can anyone else recollect using or seeing a translucent eraser?
