in the morning we went for a drive,
to Ockley, in Surrey,
a small village,
we had planned to have a breakfast there,
but the public house did not open until 12.00 midday, which was a bit later than suited us,
so we had a walk along the road that cuts the village in half,
pub and church hall on one side, homes on the other, we both liked this one with its built on greenhouse,
not having eaten we madeo move for Woodcote Green Garden Center,
for our breakfast,
a paninis for Diana,
a prawn sandwich for myself,
followed by a scone with lashings of cream and jam,
next some fun looking at the Christmas decorations, and trying some on,
I fancied a Christmas pudding bobble hat,
the displays were quite impressive,
as were the decorations,
on the trees,
we bought a few bits and pieces,
for our tree, arriving home it was time for Diana to go to work, after my evening meal I did not go upstairs,
I decided to continue reading CC 2015 for Dummies, also I wanted to look at a few 'How To' videos, amongst several I looked at,
this one by Mark Denny, which made a very important point, number four in this video, so important for anyone thinking about taking up the hobby of photography, a good tip to save money when first approaching the hobby,
it was Diana's turn to stay late at work tonight finishing at Midnight, a couple of buses later and I had the call to meet her at the bus stop, arriving home it was feet up for a chat and a coffee, plus the Halloween Party episode of Poirot, and with the end of that we were off to bed.
