well this one certainly looks different, and because of its rather unusual looks, particularly its big eyes, it has been given the name of 'Picasso fish", it all happened like this, a Japanese student recently uploaded a picture of a small fish he had caught to
Twitter, the unusually-looking fish instantly caught people’s
attention. and sharing the picture on various social
networks. Eventually, the photo was picked up by Japan’s Fuji Television, which
consulted experts about the creature and learned that it was actually a rather
common deep-sea fish with a rather striking appearance, photograph, @sakuya_DomasH/Twitter, it is
actually a specimen of Polyipnus matsubarai, a species living in the
northwestern Pacific Ocean, including Japan and the Philippines. Despite its
weird appearance, Sakuya, the student who posted the original picture of the
fish to Twitter, mentioned that the creature was about 10 cm-long and had been
caught on the coast of Kozu Island, since January 12, his tweet received over
42,000 likes and got shared by nearly 10,000 other people, what a lucky catch, well maybe not for the fish!
