Today Was A Special Day,

it was our wedding anniversary,

4 years ago we were married in the Philippines, so the day started with a card to Diana,

 and here are two photographs,

of that most memorable day,

back to today, Diana was off to work, so upstairs for myself to play with an infrared photograph, above as it comes out of the camera,

 colour swapped,

 I added a tad more,

then a lot more and added some detail to the sky,

  then changed the sky completely,

and brighten the photograph up a bit,

back to the normal sky and now black and white,

and finally an antique look,

after Diana returned home from work, it was glad rags on, as we were out for a celebration meal, our restaurant of choice? the Kathmandu Masala, in Croydon Road, Beckenham,

Diana had a mango shake, I started with a sherry,

 and a couple of poppadoms,

sherry finished on to the wine, and our starters,

 a mixed kebab for Diana,

a king prawn puree for myself,

on to the main course, a lamb dish, jhaneko mashu, which is Diana's favourite, choyola chicken and a king prawn masala, were the main dishes, plus peas and mushroom pulao rice and aloo gobi, the bill came to £88.55, we were so full we did not go for a dessert, another excellent meal from this restaurant,

Diana took this photograph of my new shirt and the cuff links she bought for it, next over the road for the bus home,

where it was feet up for a film of Mrs. Browns Boys, titled D' Mrs. Brown's Boys Movie, I have to say it was a bit of a disappointment compared to the series we love so much, but there it is, that is what you get when you have a troop of blind trainee Ninjas, an alcoholic solicitor, and a barrister with Tourettes Syndrome to help the plot along, with the end of that we were off to bed.
