After Breakfast Diana Took A Walk To The Shops,

we were getting low on milk, bread and eggs, 

 whilst she was gone I gave the orchids a mist of Miracle Grow, orchid plant food, next clean the algae from the inside glasses of the aquarium and give it a partial water change, finally giving the outside glasses a polish with a glass cleaner, just as I finished Diana was back, so an afternoon treat,

 a coffee and croissant, 

later we had a call from Steve and Kai, to say that had left some of the bok choy that they have been growing, at the front door, in case you are not familiar with it, pak choy as it is sometimes known, is a type of Chinese cabbage, the Chinese varieties do not form heads but have green leaf blades with lighter bulbous bottoms instead, forming a cluster reminiscent of mustard greens, and just by shear happistance whilst in town Diana had also bought all of the ingredients she needed for Wednesday evenings meal, which was going to be Chinese! many thanks to Steve and Kai for all of their hard work in the garden, after our evening meal it was feet up, and it looks like for this week some of our favorite programs followed one another on the television, firstly a Poirot, followed by Sherlock Holmes, a New Tricks, finally a Have I Got More News For You, and at the end of those we were off to bed.
