A Little Bit Of Street Art,

actually I should have a said a big bit of street art,

all images © NÓS, by Olivier Bousquet, Eloa Defly, Raphaël Thibodeau, Alex Lesage, and Charles Laurence Proulx,

what was the flat surface of the pavement,

along the side of Montreal Museum of Fine Arts,

became sandy drifts, swells and surges in a massive mural by the Canadian architecture firm NÓS,

these photographs showing how well the effects of the installation work,

aptly named “Moving Dunes,” the anamorphic artwork is comprised of neutral-toned lines that undulate along the walkway,

creating a deceptive path mimicking deserts and beaches, chrome spheres sporadically appear along the street in order to reflect the surrounding architecture and rippling patterns on the ground,

you can follow NÓS’s latest designs and illusory projects on Instagram, hopefully if ever a installation like this appears in the UK we will be allowed outside to view it.
