Great News,

Diana is on holiday,

the bad news is that we will be out and about, so for the next week or so there will only be one post a day as we will be out early, back to Wednesday, the gardeners had finished the hedge, so that will be it until next year,

a couple more CDs arrived in the post, one each from Pentangle and The Pretty Things,

so upstairs it was,

under the gaze of Reynard the Fox,

and the wise owl,

the slight blue colour under the chin of Reynard is caused by the UV light I use to illuminate my mineral collection,

sans the UV the good news was that yet again the computer recognised my telephone, so no problems there then,

Diana was home early, so time for a read and a sherry, as it happens I did not read much, we listened to some of the music that we now had on my telephone playlist,

for tonight a wagyu burger, with onion rings, curly chips and coleslaw, delicious!

rounded off again with rum and raisin ice cream, and yes Haagen Daz rum and raisin ice cream does have rum in it, after which it was feet up for a Midsomer Murder followed by a New Tricks before we were off to bed.
