Summer Clothes On,

and we were out,

and on our way to Steve and Kai's house,

they had invited us along with some other friends over to a bar-b-q,

it was a glorious day,

as soon as we arrived it was out with the bubbly,

'Cheers!',

Diana and Kai started preparing the food,

Linda was here as well,

the tables laid,

it looks like there is going to be a lot of us!

before everyone arrived we had a look at the bees,

all of them doing sterling work,

I made a short video of them,

we also looked at Steve's strawberry's, which had just started to produce a few of them,

as well as radishes, lettuce and other crops he and Kai were growing,

other than walking past the hive, this was as near as Diana was going to the bees,

then Rainham Steve arrive,

Dave and Phanee were already here, I borrowed a hat, with little or no hair I did not want to get a burnt head,

the girls were soon getting things organised,

Kai and Diana at the front,

Linda and Phanee at the rear,

lots of melon for dessert,

Jeab helping out,

Rob, Dave and Jeab,

Rainham Steve and Steve,

Linda, Jeab, Kai, Diana and  Phanee,

the 'boys', Rob, Dave myself Rainham Steve and Steve,

all was going well,

time for a,

a group photograph,

or two,

and a look at Steve and Kai's garden,

and harvest a few crops,

like these radishes and nice they were too,

we carried on tucking in, as well as wagyu and venison sausage burgers,

there was chicken,

next Kai started cooking some huge prawns,

with butter and cheese topping,

which were delicious,

naturally,

there were all kinds of Thai food as well,

time for a selfie,

and one sans jacket,

back to the food,

Steve really enjoyed the prawns!

another of Steve's friends arrived

 as did Jeera, we all chatted the afternoon away, it was then time to to say our farewells,

 and each of us taking home some of Steve and Kai's garden produce and some melon,

goodbye from Jeera, Phanee and Dave,

I had to take a couple of photographs of Steve's friends Maserati,

it looked and was really nice, we said our farewells to Steve and Kai and made our way home, a really big thank you to Steve and Kai, as well as all of girls helping out with making the day go so smoothly, what a truly wonderful day we had, arriving home it was a couple from Columbo, a Have I Got More News For You, and a nightcap before we were off to bed.
