Sunday Has Raced Around Again,

so time, 

for a lunchtime read and sherry,

on to our starters, 

smoked mackerel with diced spring onions on toast,

'Cheers!',

for our main course, egg topped chicken noodles for Diana,

pork with crackling for myself,

another 'Cheers!', we had a long break,

before rounding off our Sunday lunch with a cherry Bakewell sponge pudding with cream,

it was then feet up for Outside the Wire, it certainly had lots of action/special effects, but somehow it was just another movie to watch as background rather than a cinematographic feast, 

we followed that with The Power of the Dog, after 20 minuets or so we both looked at each other and knew this was not our sort of movie, so that was that, the good news was that during the week we signed up for ITVX, it is a British online video-on-demand service operated by ITV. The service offers predominantly features content from ITV1, as well as ITV Digital channels and some licensed content, all of which is great as we can now watch any episode of Lewis, Endeavour, Midsomer Murder or any number of other series, plus so many films, and the best news yet, it is free! I have no idea why we did not subscribe to this free channel before, 

so in the evening we started with the first series of Lewis, missing one or two out as we had watched them before, which took us up to the midnight hour when we were off to bed.
