The latter should never blame the child, but instead, reach out to the parents, explain the situation and hold them accountable, thinking back to my early school days there were some kids that could not tie their own shoelaces or ties, a few did not know how to lay table for lunch, but I cannot recall any in nappies, if it is a trend that crosses the Channel, I feel sorry for the teachers!
