any one that I have heard of, that can nose whistle! and I can not, but it apparently is a skill that Lulu Lotus has mastered, and is so loud that the Guinness World Records has declared her nose whistle, which measures at 44.1 decibels, the loudest in the world, Ms Lotus is a children's book author and illustrator from Canada, Her books focus on teaching children the importance of being kind to each other and animals, I tried to nose whistle, the results were, well, not very nice, better left to the professionals!
